Ajewole Oladimeji Matthew is a certified Human Resources practitioner with over 15years experience. He currently combines his Human Resources and Administrative responsibilities with Local Content coordination for the company.
His career journey began with the Human Resources and Administrative unit of Bellview Airlines with a stint in Training, Quality Assurance and Management before Joining Cakasa (Nigeria) Company Limited as a Project Administrator in 2009. Matthew has participated and supported in the delivery of several landmark projects since joining the company.
He holds a Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Administration and a Professional Diploma in Human Resources Management from The Polytechnic, Ibadan and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria respectively.
Mathew Ajewole is a thoroughbred professional with affiliations to prominent professional bodies such as the Institute of Administrative Management, UK, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and Institute of Change Management, Nigeria.

Matthew learnt compensation & Reward Management at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.
