Idara Udofia is a dynamic professional with a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Business Finance from Brunel University and an Associate Member of the Institute of Change Management (ICM).

With a career spanning over (7) seven years, she has displayed her versatility across various domains within the Oil and Gas Industry, including Procurement, Bid Packaging and Administration cum Document Control.

Currently serving at Cakasa Engineering Services Limited, Idara holds the dual role of Management Representative in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Document Controller. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient implementation of the company’s management systems, acting as a catalyst for organizational excellence.

In addition to her managerial responsibilities, Idara actively trains, supervises teams, and provides support to engineers and the Project Management Team. Her contributions have been instrumental in enhancing project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Outside of her professional endeavours, Idara is passionate about the arts and harbours aspirations of becoming an author. Her multifaceted talents and dedication make her a valuable asset in both professional and creative spheres.
