Mofoluwaso Adesina

Mofoluwaso Adesina holds a B. Eng. (Hons) Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Ilorin and M.Sc. Industrial & Production Engineering degree from the University of Ibadan. He attended Air Force Military School, Jos & Air Force Primary School, Victoria Island.

His professional career started in 1997 as a Management trainee in Aluminum Rolling Mills (a division of Tower Aluminium) became a shift Manager overseeing the 4-Hi Mill, Slitting Line & Annealing Furnace.

He joined NNPC – NETCO in April 2002 as a Piping Engineer. While there, he functioned in various positions and participated in FEED and Detailed Engineering of Onshore, Offshore and Deep Offshore(NLNG, FPSO)

He moved to join Cakasa in September, 2007 as a Senior Stress /Piping Engineer. He served as the Head of Unit, Piping before his appointment as Engineering Manager and Executive Director –Operations

He attended the MWKL Pipe Support Design Training, Petroleum India International Layout Course, COADE Static Pipe Stress Course, Derby , LBS course on  Managing Operations and the ASME Core Engineering Management Course, San Diego, California . Endress+Hauser Academy, Switzerland.

He is a Registered Engineer with COREN, a Corporate Member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers, a Member of the Institute of Piping Engineers in Nigeria (IPEN) and the America Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).

Kola Soleye holds a B. Eng. (Hons) Civil Engineering degree from the University of Ilorin and has over 25 years working experience in the field of civil and structural engineering consultancy practice covering design, construction supervision of various types of industrial, commercial (road, building, rails runways etc) as well as oil and gas (upstream/downstream) infrastructural facilities.

His professional career started in 1989, as a civil engineer in Tempas Consultants, and in 1999 became lead, Civil engineer in Atlas Poligenics Limited where he worked on various oil and gas facilities

He later joined CAKASA ETSD in 2006 as a Lead Civil Engineer; while there, he functioned in various positions and participated in FEED and Detailed Engineering on Onshore, Offshore and Deep Offshore.

He served as the Head of Unit, Civil before his appointment as Manager, Projects overseeing all projects both upstream and downstream sectors.

He is a Corporate Member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers.

JOSEPH AKHIMIEN ANETOR

Joseph Akhimien Anetor is the Human Resources Manager of CESL. His main responsibilities include attracting the best talents to the organization and managing their performances to ensure alignment with the company’s strategy to drive productivity and growth.

Joseph has over two decades of progressive Human Resources experience cutting across manufacturing, agriculture and the oil & gas sectors of the Nigerian economy.

His specialist areas are in business process re-engineering, change management, training and development, business ethics and professionalism, competency based selection, organizational counseling and talent management amongst others.

He holds degrees from Delta State University and the University of Benin. He is also a member of different professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, Nigeria Institute of Management, the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations and the Institute of Change Management which he co-founded.

An author of the motivational book, “The Portrait of Service”, Joseph is a sought-after speaker at public events and organizational strategy development sessions. He is a firm believer in the fact that true greatness can only be derived from committed and dedicated service to humanity.
