HAWAU TITILOPE MURITALA

Hawau Titilope Muritala is a dynamic and multi-skilled professional with a B.Sc. (Ed) in Health Education from Lagos State University. She brings a wealth of experience across Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE), Document Control, and Business Development within the Oil and Gas industry.

In her QHSE role, Hawau works closely with engineering teams to promote a culture of safety and wellbeing. She conducts safety inductions, toolbox talks, and routine safety meetings, while actively monitoring site operations to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with industry standards. Her proactive approach fosters a safe and productive
work environment.

As a Document Control Executive, Hawau supports engineers and project teams by managing technical documentation, drawings, and reports. She ensures that all documents are accurate, current, and easily accessible, contributing to efficient workflows and successful project execution.

In her Business Development capacity, she collaborates with engineers and management to prepare bids, proposals, and project presentations. She identifies strategic opportunities aligned with the company’s strengths and facilitates client engagement, helping to position Cakasa Engineering Services Limited as a trusted industry partner.

Currently serving at Cakasa Engineering Services Limited, Hawau’s ability to seamlessly integrate safety, documentation, and business strategy makes her an indispensable asset to project teams. SULIAT OMOBOLANLE BAKARE

Suliat Omobolanle Bakare is a detail-oriented and proactive professional with specialized expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS), bid and tender support, and Document Control Center (DCC) operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Library and Information Science.

With over three years of experience in the Oil and Gas Services sector, Suliat has consistently demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and precision in managing document integrity, version control, and compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001:2015. She ensures seamless documentation workflows throughout project lifecycles, aligning QMS practices with both ISO requirements and internal quality policies.

Her role also includes monitoring and evaluating new tender opportunities from diverse sources, ensuring that submissions are timely, complete, and aligned with client specifications. Suliat’s contributions have been instrumental in supporting Engineering and Project Management teams, earning commendations from clients for her role in delivering high-quality projects.

Beyond her core responsibilities, Suliat is passionate about capacity building and actively mentors aspiring professionals in her areas of expertise.

Outside of work, she values a balanced lifestyle and enjoys listening to music, watching movies, and spending quality time with her family.
