QIT As-Built Project (2012)

Client: Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited

Location: Qua Iboe Terminal, Nigeria.

Cakasa (CESL) carried out verification of existing base drawings for the facility on-site with facility walk-through to capture the dimensional and non-dimensional details of identified Integrity Critical (IC) drawings on the facility (QIT). The red lined field marks were drafted into AutoCAD 2007.

The IC deliverables covered Process P&ID for all identified systems, equipment layout drawings, safety equipment arrangement drawings, emergency escape route drawings, instrument loop diagrams, SAFE Charts, instrument location plan, single line drawings, hazardous area classification drawings and topographical survey of the entire QIT facility.

OML 58 (Obagi & Obite) Cluster 15 Infill Wells

Client: Total Exploration and Production Nigeria Limited

Location: Port Harcourt

The specific roles and responsibilities carried out by Cakasa on the project were the preparation of basic engineering dossier issued to TOTAL.

Project Management, control administration and accounting reporting to TOTAL, documentation and information management, classification and checking of existing TOTAL documentation, risk management, quality and HSE management as well as endorsement, review and update of pre-project studies report and documentation issued by TOTAL during the previous project execution stages.

Mobilization to site, detailed site survey of the existing OML 058 cluster 15 location and Ogbogu flow station and demobilization from site.

Okan Gas Gathering Compression Platform (GGCP) Debottlenecking Project (2014 – 2015)

Client: Chevron Nigeria Limited

Location: Escravos, Nigeria

Cakasa (CESL) performed Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and drafting work inherent in the completion of engineering to meet the project objectives.

The primary objective of executing this opportunity was to debottleneck Okan GGCP to increase Non Associated Gas (NAG) handling capacity to 200MMscfd in a safer manner, increase glycol regeneration system from 200MMscf/d to 320MMscf/d and sustain domestic gas supply to Nigerian Gas Company (NGC)

Dibi Long Term Facility FEED Project (2010)

Client: Chevron Nigeria Limited

Location: Escravos, Nigeria.

Cakasa (CESL) performed Front End Engineering Design to accelerate restoration of oil production in Dibi through construction, hook up, and commissioning of an Early Production System (EPS).

The EPS upgrade include overhead lifting capability, installation of standalone crane on the EPS, overhauling of pump foundations, and additional fire water pump capacity.

Additional production capacity was accomplished by a partial rebuild of the South Flow Station (SFS) and the South Water Station (SWS). The EPS accommodation was rebuilt to Chevron Engineering Standards (CES) to meet long term accommodation requirements.
